What cartridges work with Offgrid Battery?
All Offgrid-system cartridges: Offgrid Reload Cart (refillable), WAKOO 18K (pre-filled 18,000 puffs), and legacy VapeTape Unplug cartridges.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge lasts approximately 1-2 days depending on usage. Charges fully in about 30-45 minutes via USB-C.
Can I use Gen Flex cartridge with Offgrid Battery?
No. Gen Flex uses its own battery system. Offgrid Battery is only compatible with Offgrid-system cartridges (Reload Cart, WAKOO 18K).
Returns Policy
At Vapelala, we will make sure all our products are processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there be an issue with the item(s) received, you may return the product(s) purchased via our Site for Exchange(s) or Refund(s) within fourteen (14) days from your received date on further condition that your feedback and/ or complaint to us must be sent to us through WhatsApp channels within the same fourteen (14) days from your received date.
Warranty are only available for certain item, so please check carefully at product description part or warrant information.

Shipping
Order will shipped within 7 days. (Weekends and Public Holidays are not included.)
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will also received an email for the tracking number and shipping company details after your product been shipped
Please also note that shipping charges for West Malaysia are RM6.5 flat rate and for East Malaysia are RM17 flat rate
