Can I use SP2s 1st Gen pods with this device?
No. SP2s II Pro Device only works with SP2s Pro Pod II (2nd Gen). The 1st Gen and 2nd Gen pods are different sizes and not interchangeable.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge lasts approximately 1-2 days for average users. USB-C charging gets you back to full in about 30-45 minutes.
What's the difference between SP2s 1st Gen and 2nd Gen?
2nd Gen (SP2s II Pro) has a slimmer design, more colour options, and uses different pods (SP2s Pro Pod II). 1st Gen uses the original SP2s pods. They are NOT cross-compatible.
Is this authentic SP2s?
Yes. All SP2s products at Vapelala are sourced from trusted suppliers. Each device comes in original sealed packaging.
Returns Policy
At Vapelala, we will make sure all our products are processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there be an issue with the item(s) received, you may return the product(s) purchased via our Site for Exchange(s) or Refund(s) within fourteen (14) days from your received date on further condition that your feedback and/ or complaint to us must be sent to us through WhatsApp channels within the same fourteen (14) days from your received date.

Order will shipped within 7 days. (Weekends and Public Holidays are not included.)

Please also note that shipping charges for West Malaysia are RM6.5 flat rate and for East Malaysia are RM17 flat rate
