Do I need to buy the battery separately?
The battery is available as a variant on this same page. First-time buyers: select "Battery" to add it to your cart along with your chosen pod flavour. Returning users only need to buy new pods.
How long does 16,000 puffs last?
For average users (300-500 puffs/day), one pod lasts approximately 3-4 weeks.
Can I use Lana Ultra II battery with other Lana pods?
No. Lana Ultra II battery only works with Lana Ultra II pods. It's not compatible with Lana Pod (Gen1), Lana Touch, or other Lana products.
What's the difference between Lana Ultra II and Lana Touch 32000?
Lana Ultra II (16,000 puffs) is more compact and affordable. Lana Touch (32,000 puffs) offers double the puffs for heavier users. Both use the separable battery + pod design.
Returns Policy
At Vapelala, we will make sure all our products are processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there be an issue with the item(s) received, you may return the product(s) purchased via our Site for Exchange(s) or Refund(s) within fourteen (14) days from your received date on further condition that your feedback and/ or complaint to us must be sent to us through WhatsApp channels within the same fourteen (14) days from your received date.
Warranty are only available for certain item, so please check carefully at product description part or warrant information.

Shipping
Order will shipped within 7 days. (Weekends and Public Holidays are not included.)

Please also note that shipping charges for West Malaysia are RM6.5 flat rate and for East Malaysia are RM17 flat rate
