Is Syokpod the same as KOHS?
Yes. KOHS is the flavour brand, Syokpod is the pod format. Same manufacturer, same quality — just different product lines.
Can I use Syokpod pod with Syokbar K3000 device?
No. Syokpod pods are close pods (2.2ml) for Nano-compatible devices. Syokbar K3000 uses its own replaceable pod format.
How long does one Syokpod pod last?
Each 2.2ml pod lasts approximately 600 puffs — about 1-2 days for average users.
What's the difference between Fruity and Creamy series?
Fruity series = fresh, sweet fruit flavours. Creamy series = rich, smooth dessert/nut flavours. Both have the same nicotine strength (50mg).
Returns Policy
At Vapelala, we will make sure all our products are processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there be an issue with the item(s) received, you may return the product(s) purchased via our Site for Exchange(s) or Refund(s) within fourteen (14) days from your received date on further condition that your feedback and/ or complaint to us must be sent to us through WhatsApp channels within the same fourteen (14) days from your received date.
Warranty are only available for certain item, so please check carefully at product description part or warrant information.

Shipping
Order will shipped within 7 days. (Weekends and Public Holidays are not included.)
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will also received an email for the tracking number and shipping company details after your product been shipped
Please also note that shipping charges for West Malaysia are RM6.5 flat rate and for East Malaysia are RM17 flat rate
