How It Works

FAQ
How many times can I refill the Reload Cartridge?
You can refill multiple times until the coil burns out (usually 5-10 refills depending on e-liquid sweetness). When flavour tastes burnt, it's time to replace the cartridge.
What e-liquid should I use?
Any salt nicotine e-liquid works. We recommend 15ML bottles like Apex (RM18) or Unplug (RM19.90) for the best experience. Avoid freebase e-liquids as they may be too harsh.
Is this the same as VapeTape Unplug 12000 cartridge?
No. VapeTape Unplug 12000 was a pre-filled disposable cartridge (now discontinued). The Reload Cartridge is refillable — you fill it yourself with any e-liquid, giving you more flavour choices and lower cost per use.
Can I use WAKOO 18K and Reload Cart on the same battery?
Yes! Both use the same Offgrid Battery. Switch between pre-filled WAKOO 18K and refillable Reload Cart anytime.
Returns Policy
At Vapelala, we will make sure all our products are processed and shipped in good condition. However, should there be an issue with the item(s) received, you may return the product(s) purchased via our Site for Exchange(s) or Refund(s) within fourteen (14) days from your received date on further condition that your feedback and/ or complaint to us must be sent to us through WhatsApp channels within the same fourteen (14) days from your received date.
